​Is tutoring covered by insurance if my child is also receiving therapy?

Tutoring for your child offers an individualized and unique learning experience to improve academic performance.  Unfortunately, health insurance does not typically cover educational tutoring, even in the event that the insured is receiving therapy, and despite that the tutor may be implementing recommended therapeutic strategies to enhance the learning experience.  

As with evaluations and therapy sessions, tutoring sessions are included on monthly emailed invoices.  The tutoring fees can be on a separate invoice if the parent prefers.
