Do you take credit cards?
New clients will be asked to fill out a credit card authorization form and to provide a credit card number by phone (as only the director handles transactions) to be kept on file with Square’s Secure Payment Data. Payment will be charged to the client’s credit card on the day of initial evaluation, then at the end of the month for accumulated sessions. There will be no credit card processing fees or transaction fees incurred by the client. A paid invoice will be emailed to the client.
