Do you accept payment from the insurance company?
Home Therapy Solutions does not submit invoices to the insurance companies, including Medicare and Medicaid. An evaluation invoice as well as monthly invoices will reflect the therapy service and treatment codes for you to submit for your private out-of-network insurance coverage (if your policy has out-of-network coverage). The insurance company will reimburse you directly according to your plan deductible and percentage of reimbursement. Medicare and Medicaid do not accept out-of-network submission.
Home Therapy Solutions' treatment fees are typically at a 20% reduced rate from the customary fee range for this geographical area. Treatment sessions have not been disputed by insurance companies for allowable covered amount. The evaluation session and detailed narrative report however are typically above the insurance allowable covered amount. Whenever possible, we will use a recent evaluation report you may have to guide us in establishing a treatment plan.
